Job loss thing doesn't work and they charged me numerous times the subscription plus late fees even tho I don't use this and abandoned it.
horrible app and customer support is useless I was never able to add my debit card but they definitely took my subscription fee and never did fix my issue multiple reps and no one could fix the issue
This app helped when my kid had a school fee pop up with no warning. I used a small advance and handled it that day. i had one laggy screen but nothing serious.
The app. is ridiculous difficult to use . there not clear when loans or due. keeps changing me fees 2 or 3 times at a time. this time they charged 2 fees in one money also I paid everything. went though my account but not on there side. but it was convenient since I wanted to cancel with them. I paid it now they want me to push pay button again. I'm not risking paying them twice so they can charge me more. I used to love this app. it used to be clear went down hill over a couple of years

when I signed up they took my membership fee out of my account. I went to borrow money and it said money was sent to an account that wasn't mine but I know I put in the right account number because they took money from my account. I decided to contact support and at 1st they was responding until I explained my issue. since customer service was taking too long to respond I decided to cancel the account and now they say I cant until I clear the balance for money that never came to my account.
Some transactions had unexpected charges pls fix that.
I do qualify the qualifications say I qualify for 10 if I pay a monthly fee of 10 it's stupid I am deleting this app I make over 2000 dollars and I qualify for 10 what help is that still trash dont download it's waste of time still
Found this during a week when food prices hit harder than i expected. I needed a little extra after a grocery run wiped me out. The app was slow to load once but still helped
