It then deploys software to purposefully beat users so AviaGames can pocket the entry fees.The Patent Infringement Case OutcomeThe evidence regarding the bots originally surfaced during a separate battle with rival mobile gaming maker Skillz. In February 2024, a federal jury found that AviaGames willfully infringed on Skillz's platform patents and ordered AviaGames to pay $42.9 million in damages.

Took a fiver of me, not worth playing for the high fees

The game charges your account twice from 2 different locations but only gives you credit for the single purchase. Added 5 dollars to the game and was charged 10 on multiple occasions. Tried to resolve but the contact system does not respond in a timely manner and won’t email.

Seeing the it’s a scam comments and win if lucky —— from adding £3 to my account t it’s now sitting at £35 plus and that’s playing £3 to £7 games however 1 suggestion is if I do £7 entry with £33 pot is great but I came 2nd which was £10 win which looks good but actually it’s £3 as paid £7 surely it should be won £10 and the entry fee returned, agree if you don’t finish top 3 then you get nothing , If I bet on a horse or score you always get winnings plus stake

Refused to give me a refund after my child had access to the game and had managed to spend a total of £400+ on their game. When I found out and reached I was awaiting ages and was treated disrespectful. One of their terms is about children having access. I was unaware she was on the game. I am now left without money for rent because they won’t refund it. I have serve mental health issues and this has caused a serve effect on me. Most of the chargers are AI as well which I find very hard to find a human to speak to. UPDATE: they didn’t resolve it. They still refuse to refund it after emailing screenshots. They wasted my time again. Stay clear!

I’ve been playing bingo tour for two years and it is consistently fun and I’ve gotten pretty good at it so I make money on the regular. I love the higher entry fee fast rounds it gets the blood pumping. Thanks guys!

They will empty your account and call it a management fee. Straight theft. Apple should ban this garbage

They lie on the pool prize if the pool prize said you’ll win $5 you actually only win up to $3 the entry fee is $1 and highest entry fee is $55 for pool prize said can win up to $195 and if you place 1st you’ll only win $115 biggest rip off worst part is that once you win enough money your bonus prize will be forfeit plus processing fee witch means you’ll get way less money so please people DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME it’s a rip off game for real

I used to like this game up until right now. All my money got taken out of my account. All the money I worked hard for. Apparently if you don’t use the app for a while there’s a “management fee”. And that “fee” they pretty much take YOUR WHOLE BALANCE. Didn’t get no notification it doesn’t say it anywhere in the app I just opened it today and my money is at $0 I am so disappointed and am now going to delete it
