Calm App Fees & Pricing

I downloaded & signed up for a trial. I attempted to do a meditation & I didn't like how the ambient nature sounds had what sounded like a crowd behind it. I shut it off & tried to close the meditation, but it wouldn't let me close just pause. It kept restarting on its own. I cleared the app cache & it still did it. I uninstalled the app & reinstalled and this exercise was still there. I canceled the trial & deleted the app. Calm sent me a push notification to my phone today as a deleted app.

I purchased the app to use its paid courses but after a couple hours and checking few, I realized I did not like them at all. So I cancelled my sis subscription just IN A FEW HOURS. This was almost 2 weeks ago. They keep sending me they need further verification and that it will take longer. Do not bother unless you are 100% sure you will use it. And fyi, I was using paid versions of 2 different apps before this!!!

I did the 7-day trial and liked the app for the most part. After reading reviews about the difficulty in cancelling, I decided to look at other apps too. What I found is that for around the same price, you can get similar content plus much more with Spotify. I decided to go that direction for the better value and straightforward account management. The last thing someone with anxiety needs is a cancellation hassle. 😂 I should also note that there is almost nothing available in the free version.

I love it, it seems like a wonderful app. But I just can't afford it. please lower the cost to something more affordable. I would love to use it.

truly no features or functions of this app are available without a subscription. it's a waste of time to pretend like it's a free app.

can't log in to use app,can't unsubscribe or get refund back. on day 5 of asking for refund and I all I get is AI in emails telling me that their busy and customer service will be available asap. but 5 days and only a response from Ai is awful customer service. I just want my money back and to have my subscription canceled. this is actually calming at all. don't use the calm app it doesn't work and they have no customer service unless you count a Ai bot

not much choice unless you pay a subscription

downloaded. Tried to do annual subscription. Button did nothing. Multiple buttons on multiple screen, same result. Back to Headspace I guess. What a joke.

Won't let me subscribe - Downloaded the app and decline the original offer. The app will not let you subscribe again. After you choose Yearly or Monthly and then click Subscribe. The screen blinks quickly but doesn't move forward. Hope this feedback helps!

I'm trying to subscribe, but it's not giving me the option to do that. I was only able to do the beginner's meditation for 10 minutes.
