For what they wanna charge and as many issues as they have accepting an advance without having it, give you Falk messages of why you can't get it, it's really not worth anybody's time, because the monthly amount just to get a loan. From in the 899, they want to charge for every transaction is stupid.The way they break it down , where you only have a daily limit on a total amount that you're approved for or that's available is a joke
disappointed in the service, very deceptive. pay a membership fee, and you're offered $85. they tell you to pay a higher membership fee, that is to be available $250 and it actually was $110 !?! I will be paying this off and unsubscribing. Do not 馃毇 recommend
rip off youll get 150 advance but only 30 bucks at a time every 24 hours that way they can charge you 5.99 on every 30 advance so basically 150 spread out over 5 days for the price of 30 bucks no other app rips off like cleo. 5 stars for the grant app i have no complaints choose them you will be glad you did
When it comes to cash advances, I totally recommend Cleo. There have been many times that I have come up short on cash due to an increase in rent, groceries, and managing household bills and necessities. If it were not for Cleo, I don't know what I would have done. The only thing is the advanced process where one has to pay enormous fees "each" time to immediately transfer the funds. However, I assume that's a small price to pay to assist me when one hasn't any other alternatives. Thanks 馃槉
This app is alright,but sontcount on getting any big loan from this app, that ain't going to happen. It tells you you must subscribe for like $10. then it reads, not eligible at this time. Make sense????
Cleo is a scam! You try and get an advance and they charge a fee for every $170 taken out of $600 and you will pay back over $700. Getting to chat with a representative is over a 2 hour wait. Then when you finally get to chat with a representative, they tell you there is nothing they can do to help with your issues. I would NOT use Cleo ever!!
my advances have continously failed but they still charge me a repayment and getting any help from support has been a nightmare don't suggest using the app 馃檭
not what you expect. total bait and switch. then...I made the mistake of setting up direct deposit for a percentage of my check. they absorbed my entire check and the funds are unavailable since they go in a security trust for the credit card. what a total scam and this has set me back because not only can I not pay bills...because the money is deposited to a CREDIT CARD I also cannot avoid s fees. I'm screwed for two weeks and regret ever doing this.
You will start seeing charges more frequently and you don't get a lot of money. And you can't get your money back smh
this app sucks. the customer service is horrible and you can't even talk to someone. good luck trying to cancel your plan. it will over charge you and also give false charges even after you cancel your subscription and say you never canceled it or paid the advance back.
okay not only do they approve you for say $60 and then only allow you to pull out half of it every 24 hours and get charged almost $9 each time thus having to pay $20 extra early they reduce how much you can get back so say you went from 60 down to 25 they're very predatory stay away from these guys the stuff that they're doing should be illegal please report them to the FTC and the cfpb
charges without any service. bad customer service (ai not even human contact). overall disappointed. way better apps available
