FloatMe App Fees & Pricing

Please don't fall for it! they charged me for the "float me" and then wouldn't even float me 10$. It's just another scam app to take your initial fee. I have good credit. Just have fallen on hard times and was trying to make it till next payday. Now I'm out 7$ for absolutely nothing!! Unless you want to just give away your money, don't do it! They offer nothing! Maybe 7$ is nothing to you but I could have played the lottery and had better chances then with them. Sadly another scam!

Rip off. I have been trying to get an advance from this app for over a year. Even with an active bank account that I recieve direct deposits into every 2 weeks I am never "eligible" for a cash advance, but they sure as hell make sure that they get their $6.99 subscription fee every month. I would like my monthly fee refunded but there is no customer support to speak to. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Charges you first, then denies the loan.

They will charge you for the "free trial" regardless of when you cancel the subscription. I contacted support because I see two charge attempts from this app. They claim I owe them from the previous month... during the free trial. Nowhere on the site does it state you will still be charged for that period. The app also falsely advertises you can cancel whenever but no mention of the fee you're expected to pay. OVER THEM! I had to replace my debt card to stop the attempts.

fraudulent... apparently this app has been charging me $5 a month and I didn't even know and the worst part .. I can't log into an account I never created.. but they steadily charging me for something I can't cancel. FRAUD AT ITS BEST YALL!!! DONT TRUST THIS APP. THEY LITERALLY STEALING MONEY FROM PPL TO LOAN IT TO OTHWR PPL!!!!

I have been on time with repayments and you guys say my float is at 50 but I don't have access. I pay a subscription and still know access..so I canceled my membership..what a joke

you HAVE to pay before you can see if your eligible for any of their services, which isn't promised you will be qualified. Honestly they should reveal that information before charging anything as if you didn't qualify all that's available is the same stuff you can literally access anywhere for FREE. I all attempting to request a refund as I signed up and cancelled within 5 minutes when I raised that. At the very least they would offer a free trial, and then request payment if you use floatme

steals money from your card even when you cancel and/ or decline the subscription even when it says it's cancelled and you won't be charged. it actually charged me 2 times. I glad I help my money separate and this is the reason I lock my bank card because of theft

charge you a $4.99 monthly fee and charges to get a float thats only $20 what a rip off. cost me almost $10 to get one float this way what a joke. don't waste your time or money on this scam app.

update: float me is trying to charge my bank, it's not letting me log into my account or change my password saying I'm blocked . I've been trying to get into my account for weeks. I've had float me for four months and can't withdraw the advance it's saying I can . I contacted support weeks ago and still no help . this is ridiculous . instead of helping me they blocked me from getting in my account completely

this app has somehow managed to lock me out of it so it never opens for me but it's still giving out a $50 loan to someone every month that I'm paying. I can't get into the app to cancel my account and I don't like that. you won't either
