Grifin App Fees & Pricing

Update: I did not know there were automatic weekly investments. I thought we got to choose what we invested in and added as we went. Since I feel that these are unclear practices, please refund the costs and cancel my subscription. I can't afford Recurring. On social security, low budget It looked like a very promising app, but I was not told they would take an extra $7 out of my account every week. I only knew about the start up cost. Please refund all the extra costs. Thank you!

couldn't get to the home page. kept asking me to update my account and link through email. which didn't work after 5 tries. Having same issues and then found out I'm being charged $5 a week for something I didn't know I agreed to. Have uninstalled and blocked them from all my accounts. I recommend you do the same.

I've paid for my yearly membership in january of this year.Two thousand twenty six, it's not due until twenty twenty seven, and I get a note about migration that has nothing to do with me. What's the subscription is expired? I showed the proof I bought it this year under the $36 For the year and you guys just refunded me half of that money. Instead of talking to me verbally, y'all keep ponnig me of via email instead of talking to me directly to better explain situation.

Do not trust these shysters with your money. I started using Grifin about a year ago because it offered you the ability to invest in stocks without even thinking about it. Simple. Then they switch over to another brokerage company, Apex, and without even telling me, sign me up for a $60 a year subscription and debit my account for $60. No authorization on my part, I just looked in my bank account and noticed I got charged $60 one day out of the blue.

ALL A SCAM: Can't call cust care, but they don't have phone lines available, this is after you realize you're getting ripped off. You buy into their BS, that fractions of your purchases have magically made you an investor earning dividends. All Bs you might have money going into what looks like various I- accounts yet each time I looked the only increase was due to my purchases. Later your entire account is locked for unpaid script fees when your yr was pd in full 03/2026

I only gave it a star because you have to to leave a comment this app is the biggest rip-off there is it charged me for 2 months that I was not even on the thing I was never even a customer or anything all because I looked at it I'm going to post videos of them riping me and others off so if you want to get riped off try Griffin now if you do and they rip you off you can't do anything I'm telling y'all there rip offs I'm a combat disabled veteran and an investor. they just trying to get yomoney

for the past year I was charged for service I never received. I had emailed the company several times and no result. And I got charged again, recurring charge.

I paid the $9 sub fee and got a feeling to read the comments on the play store. reviews made me feel uneasy about the app and I decided to back out of it. couldn't get my $9 back kind of a bummer. I DONT TRUST THIS APP!!!!

the App overall is interesting; still getting used to it and wonder if this the proper path for.me with all mostly fee and so on; its just $3 a month but just testing out its overall RO(m)I.

Everyone is talking about this is a great app to have for investing but no one is talking about that you have to pay for a subscription, not even in the ads do it mention that a subscription is required before you can even move to the next step.

I set this up tonight but i wasnt able to link my only account. So now I am unable to use the app and plus I can not cancel the monthly payment because it won't allow me to get past the link account. Edit 06/01/2026 Editing my review as they not only helped me with cancelling my subscription and getting it refunded. They also understood and were quick about getting it resolved for me. Customer service was wonderful. only giving 4 stars now instead of five since I was unable to actually use it.
