not only did Guardio end up trying to charge me 6 times for a one year subscription, their app wasn't even able to process my information correctly. after these charges were brought to my attention by my bank, I canceled those charges and uninstalled Guario.
I do not like this app.All.It is charging me money like 3 times now.One time you try to take 400 300 or 100.I guess and $43 and I cannot find a phone number or anything to cancel it.I wish you would have a better way of doing that.So if you can at least give me a customer service number , I would really appreciate it
purchased a monthly subscription. Was billed for a yearly subscription and another charge for a domain name. The only number to contact Guardio, was a 1-800 which gave no means to contact or resolve the charges. SCAM!, don't subscribe!
I was not informed the 12 mnth. subscription plan was to be pd at one. I read the plan. 12 mth @ 9.99 a month. I am Googling it and I learned that I am not alone. Reveues are experincing, you're response is, ya that happens. Emplying we should understand. But No. I have experiene purchasing subb. I do not beleive Ive ever been requested to pay 12 mth in advance.advance!.! Now I can't log back in. It recognized me and the acct but it just leads me needing to pay. Im done venting.

Durante el tiempo que la tuve instalada, bien, sin embargo mi inglés no es técnico y no pude estar pendiente de las actualizaciones. Me di de baja de la suscripción, eliminé mi cuenta y desinstalé la aplicación. Sin embargo hoy recibo un pago como si no hubiera hecho estos pasos y necesito que se reembolse el dinero de un servicio que no quiero tener y del que me di de baja previamente. Le doy una estrella porque necesito ayuda del soporte técnico para poder cancelar lo que ya cancelé.
It is impossible to avoid emails if you change your mind and don’t want to go through with it. The link they provide in the email to cancel the membership doesn’t work. It’s a scam company.
Now you have to pay to use the app which is a bad decision in my opinion. I don't wanna trial anything i just wanna use the App as I could before! Otherwise it does what it should if you pay the subscription!
Bit complicated to set up. The app often lags and it's making me start a free trial. But atleast the pc version works.
