not only did Guardio end up trying to charge me 6 times for a one year subscription, their app wasn't even able to process my information correctly. after these charges were brought to my attention by my bank, I canceled those charges and uninstalled Guario.
I canceled my subscription in July and my credit card is still being billed! I can find no way to contact anybody about this! Do not fall far it! This is worse than the scammers I thought I was preventing! I am so disgusted with this site!
I do not like this app.All.It is charging me money like 3 times now.One time you try to take 400 300 or 100.I guess and $43 and I cannot find a phone number or anything to cancel it.I wish you would have a better way of doing that.So if you can at least give me a customer service number , I would really appreciate it
purchased a monthly subscription. Was billed for a yearly subscription and another charge for a domain name. The only number to contact Guardio, was a 1-800 which gave no means to contact or resolve the charges. SCAM!, don't subscribe!
I was not informed the 12 mnth. subscription plan was to be pd at one. I read the plan. 12 mth @ 9.99 a month. I am Googling it and I learned that I am not alone. Reveues are experincing, you're response is, ya that happens. Emplying we should understand. But No. I have experiene purchasing subb. I do not beleive Ive ever been requested to pay 12 mth in advance.advance!.! Now I can't log back in. It recognized me and the acct but it just leads me needing to pay. Im done venting.
Sign in is a total joke! Trying to add to an existing account and all it will do is to try and charge me twice!!!

Easy to setup and a lot of features for safety for the price. I haven’t had it that long but I feel safer when I browsing the internet or purchasing off various sites.
