First of all it did not give me a chance to cancel a free trial or subscription and it says 4 plus but the youngest age is 16 to 17?

WARNING!!!!! FRAUD!!!!!They’ve tried to charge me 29.99€ four times even though I cancelled the same day I started the free 7 days period. I suspected this so I actually blocked all future payments via my bank the first day. Now my bank have blocked a total of 4 attempts. If you read the reviews in App Store everyone seems to have the same issue. I think the average value of the reviews is fake. Probably have they used bots to boost the average score. I’m just happy I could block them directly from me bank.

I subscribed to the 3 day free trial of the premium, but it kept asking me to subscribe even after I already did. Seems like a cash grab and nothing more based on that alone. I already subscribed but just haven't reached the end of my free trial but still it keeps telling me to subscribe, trying to make me pay right then and there for the exact same access and perks that I should already have from the trial.

Too many ads “Unlock all for free” then prompts you to start a subscription

This app was okay, used it for a while but cancelled in December of 2025. Without permission they processed a renewal in September for an annual membership that I NEVER authorized and they refuse to refund my money even though they acknowledged I don’t log in and I sent the screenshot of the cancellation last year. Very disappointing. What your bank account!!!

money wasting even after signing up to app do the test then have to pay another fee just to get results do not download

Good app but gets boring after 2-3mths. Don’t want to renew annual contract. The cancel subscription instructions & pages go round in circles & never provide the link required. Open settings Tap on name …. In setting there is no name .. i have the screen shots to prove it! I shouldn’t hv to wait for the Digital Markets Act to be able to do this. Please help sort this out.

This app is so much fun and at the same time it’s helping me keep my skills sharp and my memory strong! 💪🏼 The only thing I think could be improved is how much it costs to purchase the app. I, personally think the people who really need, want, and could benefit from this app can’t afford it. Maybe make a lite version for free? You could only offer a fraction of the tools for that app. Just a thought!

I'm trying to cancel my subscription because there was no warning on when it was. i want to cancel it and refund the last one. I cannot find where to cancel. not on the app or here. not easy.
