Is Yuka Legit?

not a good app I scanned eggs said excellent eggs are fake and plastic when got home and made don't bother app is not real

I use this app constantly, it really opens one's eyes. In my opinion, it reveals that chemical companies masquerading as food companies are producing our "food". Disgusting, repulsive, fraudulent and morally problematic.

The Yuka app has become a big part of how I choose the products and companies that I can trust for my families health. It's so hard to tell by an ingredient list. With a quick scan it informs you in great detail what is good or bad in a product so you can make your own decision based on your situation and health needs. For me it has mostly been about finding foods without hazardous chemicals. If one product scans unfavorably I usually can find a better one next to it on the shelf. Thanks!
