changed my rating to 2 stars after the recent update locked certain rewards behind silver status, which you have to spend money to achieve. will switch to another app if this is not reverted soon.
Been playing on this app for 5 years. I love it and getting the gift certificates is so quick and easy.
Started off ok, points needed for $5 payout was raised within days. $10 payout is locked. Now $5 dollar payout is gone and $10 still locked. Also, keeping mistplay on top is keeping me from being able to tap on certain parts of my screen. As soon as I disable it, I can use all of my screen. I'm out.
I have been with mistplays for a while and have cashed out quite a few gift cards. Now after spending over $25 on games I havent gotten anything ot ordered from them. Also their customer service isnt even in on the weekends so im waiting even longer than 3 days. Maybe time to find a different one.
Great app for a while but it seems when you get too many points an alleged "glitch" happens where you stop earning gems. They want you to jump through hoops to get what's owed. Once you hit a certain level move on to another app please note I have reached out to support numerous times and again they want you to jump through hoops to get what's owed. so don't even bother

loved it been playing for years. now suddenly you have to reach silver status to get any gift card under $25!!! to get to silver status u have to spend money in games. wth happened? this very new change has me about to be done with this app which sucks bc those $10-15 gift cards help out.

great choice of games and easy to cash out
i ultimatly loved mistplay. but recently they stopped letting people who dont put money towards apps from cashing out. i dont want to put money into games i wanna play games for free like i was doing before. i made ove 2000 in different gift cards in the 6 years i have had mistplay. i do not like this new change where only silver members and higher can cashout. it was better when i didnt have to buy loyalty points. not deleting as i cant find another app as good.
$5 and $10 gift cards have basically been moved behind a pay wall. You can now only exchange units for these rewards if you are at the Silver level or above, and the only way to get silver is to spend money in the games. It's no longer worth it to me to play games I barely enjoy for such little reward. I now have to earn 9000+ units to get the $20 rewards, and it's not worth my time if that means I'm constantly downloading "new" games to keep earning units.
