Decent range of exercises, but a bit buggy so losing a star for that. Specifically the option to select a reason why a particular exercise was rated thumbs down doesn't work (options cannot be selected even though visible on screen) and occasionally instructions for a given exercise are not available/visible. Pricing wise I'll also have to take into account as it seems expensive for what you get.
it's a scam, I asked for help so they cancelled my membership!! no refund offered or anything
cancelled subscription due to switching to a different program. stated I had access until August 12, 2026. that is when that subscription would have ended. charged me for another full 3 months ($83) a month later. refused to refund me. offers me a free year. why would I want a free year when I cancelled my subscription a month ago? Then they closed the chat and said they would switch to email and have yet to hear from them.
Excellent exercises and I am thoroughly enjoying the app. I was actually able to see a difference in about 3 weeks. I like the way it gives me a personalized progression of exercises. I had a slight issue with the billing and was promptly assisted by customer service. I am thoroughly pleased and look forward to continuing using this app for another year!
this app is great with understanding , i accidentally purchased the add-on without knowing, because i thought i already canceled the selection. later i found out that it billed me also. i reach to them for a refund and they accept it right away without a hustle. thank you . i just really wanna try the muscle booster program. maybe later after my refund back to my account. thank you very much again for your kind understanding .☺️☺️☺️💓 - thank you your acknowledgement 😊
difficult to navigate. I sign up via PayPal and it's complicated to get started and log in. I may cancel my subscription.
Unsubscring is impossible. Tried several methods and still getting charged. STOP

Downloaded a Chair Tai Chi App that after the first use couldn't find again because the app is called Muscle Booster. The routine is Chair Tai Chi and it wasn't clear that it would start charging $39 after a trial period. Then noticed the charges on my bill for Muscle Booster. Feel duped by the transaction. Might have worked and if so may have been worth $39/ month. But I Believe the App should have said Chair Tai Chi by Mustle Booster. Also the install didn't add any icon on my home screen.
BEWARE... Subscription renewal @ $50... fix that in your app and notify me and I would give this app the 5* it deserved. You've got to understand just because something is legal doesn't mean it's ethical. Automatic subscription renewal is not fair to consumers, in my opinion, it's a legal scam and should be against the law. App makers should rely on the strength of their service to be paid JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!!!
This company is a scam- the reoccurring charge is astronomical and when you forget to cancel, they refuse to refund you. $82.95 for 3 months is wild. Especially when you haven't opened the app or used it. Don't fall for their free trial.. its garbage.
I had purchased the app, but after using it for almost a week, I realized it wasn't the right fit for me. I requested a refund, and the support team responded very quickly and processed my refund without any hassle. Thank you for the fast response and excellent customer service. Even though the app wasn't suitable for my needs, I really appreciate how professionally and promptly my request was handled.
