I just got this damn app and its already sending me threats to cancel if I don't sign in in 3 days? I have not signed out and a lot of these claims seem bogus! I am not happy with this app at all and would love my yr subscription I just paid for today 9/926 to be refunded. This app is VERY suspect and I already regret signing up for it!!!!
Cannot use without even buying a subscription. Without showing me what I am eligible for, they want me to pay.
bad information, "no proof" lawsuits require proof, suggested lawsuits only apply to a state that my home address is not in. cost $35 for the year and only showed 2 that I qualified for. didn't even get a return on the cost. all suits are sent to an external website.
I do not want it anymore I never paid for it when I saw you charged for it before a settlement.
why do they describe this as being free and then they want to charge you $34 get out of here
never pays out and always crashes... app will not open and it's $20 subscription! but you cannot unsubscribe because you cannot open the app so they keep taking your money even though it does NOTHING FOR YOU...PAID UNTIL SEPTEMBER 2016 AND NO ACCESS TO ANYTHING BE WARNED THEY JUST COLLECT MONEY AND FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION YOU GET NOTHING BUT ROBBED
To be fair... Never signed up, yet I happened to see on my bank statement that I rarely check transactions on, (not the most intelligent decision I know) that I've been charged and would greatly appreciate Settlemate refunding MY $, as I have never used this app/ service. I'm thinking possibly when my E-sim was hacked along with my email, it may have went a bit deeper. This is not the only fraudulent charge that I'll be disputing with my bank, unfortunately! 😞 PLEASE HELP Settlemate?!?!?
despite what the company claims in another comment you cannot use the app at all if you don't subscribe. no matter where you tap it keeps you stuck until you subscribe. don't bother downloading it
misleading advertisement of the app function (for a subscription fee)!
I want to cancel the subscription and I am getting no response on how to do that!!! Contacted them, no reply
Their ad stated that a popular company that I used had a claim settlement available. After I signed up for a year... there was no settlement for that company in the system. I felt like I was baited. Much smaller list of claims than I thought there would be. Also, you can't cancel subscription on their site but you have to go off-site to cancel.
