Great app helps to offset the increasing prices of goods, especially auto fuel.

Upside is cool. I’m already busy and this ends up adding one more thing to my day. But, it pays off. I love indulging with my cash ins for Amazon cards! It’s awesome! So far I’ve earned a little over $200!!! Which isn’t bad for two years. It’s better than what my credit cards or other referrals pay for minimal effort and Im going there anyway! Why not click on an offer and get paid??? Grocery Outlet has been extremely generous. I earned $20 one time! Referring people is cool. Refer and be rewarded. Use this app and gas station apps together and save even more! Thanks Circle K, with inner circle and upside one time I saved/earned .40 cents per gallon!!! Living in California every little bit helps. Our gas is ridiculously OVER priced due to all the taxes the state tacks on. Upside and gas buddy help you save at the pump.

this app does NOT tell you the right prices for gas at all and to be quite frank i wouldn't download it edit to respond: dear upside i had checked your app for 24 hours and it doesn't show the right prices even 24 hours after looking at your app which in theory you said it takes time to update gas prices which i feel 24 hours is a reasonable time to check if something updates

Several times the posted prices for gas have been incorrect. I’ve driven out of my way to get gas somewhere and the price is not correct. On top of that, purchases made merely show “processing” or “needs details” rather than actually going through and it’s been more than a week. Super frustrating! I won’t bother using the app anymore because it’s a waste of time and frustration!

So this app shows me prices for gas around my area, gives me a discount per gallon and pays out thru PayPal, and popular gift cards pretty quickly. I've been a member for years now and it's a great way to save on gas and get a nice Lil payout too! No hoops to jump thru like some other apps I've tried. Would highly recommend.

The prices shown are never correct, when you are trying to get the best price that is super annoying. Also once you use it a few times you never get good offers on gas, I get like 1 cent rewards per gallon. Not worth using anymore.

It’s pretty good and simple enough to use. I’m giving it one star for the fraud of it. This isn’t the first time but just recently I had a fill up where I was going to get a pretty good price from it and all the sudden this is the one purchase that “needs review” so most likely I won’t be getting anything from that visit and the NINE purchases I had to get to “unlock the bonus” were just part of the fraud. It’s not a bad app but it’s definitely corrupt in some way.

I hate that they took the PayPal option away. It was so convenient so I didn’t have to give them my main bank account. You have to do the math to see if you are getting the best deal. Sometimes the gas price is higher and the cents back on the upside app doesn’t always offset a gas price at a nearby location without the upside offer.

A couple good gas discounts around 20 cents/gallon. Last several times it’s one cent/gallon. Now I’m trying to cancel and it’s a circus. Regret ever signing up.

The cash back option would be very good if used every time you buy gas, however I have found that what I receive in cash back equals what I save per gallon if I go somewhere that has cheaper gas prices. The upside deals seem to be at fuel stops with higher prices per gallon.

I have had this app for a while. I did not use it often but when I did it worked great. I have never cashed out my earnings. I recently got a diesel vehicle and can greatly use this app to determine where to get the best prices. The app will not load at all anymore and I have tried everything from uninstalling to trying to contact someone and I can’t. I am super bummed! It just blinks and says it says something went wrong.

I’ve been using this app for two or three years at least. I have long trips back-and-forth to work. It’s helped me find some of the cheaper gas stations around me and even without the app I’ve saved money. And I’ve gotten cash back. Close to $100 at this point. That said, I have one major complaint. There have been several occasions where the price listed on the app for gas is not accurate and more than a few times. It’s been way off. I’m talking about $.70! More expensive or more than was advertised on the app! That’s borderline scam. What’s the point in getting two cents or five cents or $.10 back on fuel when it cost $.70 more than what was advertised on the app?! You do get money back. It is a handy app. But it makes me furious to not get the accurate gas prices on the app quite often. If any of the developers are reading this, please fix this.
