im old. this app makes it extremely difficult to navigate in cancelling it. i believe its designed that way on purpose. when you think you are not subscribed any more you get a notice of a charge you never agreed to in the first place. then to try to find a way out for un tech people its a maze to find your way through. i still am not sure what i have and dont have with this app. there is no real people to talk to. none. dont start this trap. find something else thats better and save your money
For the discount price I am very happy. Me and my son love the workouts.
This is about the subscription. I've had numerous emails with Chris on support. I got 3mths and loved the tai chi which is what I originally signed up for, the teacher was excellent. I decided to get 3 mths more on an offer sent to me when my initial subscription expired. I cancelled it immediately as I always do so I don't get caught and can decide at renewal time. After 1 mth my plan cancelled even though it clearly said 3mths on the app however Chris kept trying to justify rather than fix.
I am disappointed with this app. Misleading in it's promo. I have already unsubscribed but still receiving billing statement.
i subscribed 1 month to find out if i like it or not. After a few days, i knew i do not like it. But, it automatically charged me $49.99 for 2nd month without my agreement. I cancelled it, but still being charged for 1 more month! This app does not check with you to continue charging you for subscription. Be aware!!!
signed up for 1 plan, 17.99 a month, then get charged 39.99, and 49.99.
trying to cancel subscription and can not!
I am 70 yrs old and severely disabled i thought maybe this would help paid £10 i did not no the would take £49 every month after that I just noticed have asked for a refund no reply they can see i have no opened any thing else
***Handled the issue **SCAM DONT TRY IT! SUCK YOU IN A PAYMENT LOOPHOLE TO CANCEL They handled and reversed payment and canceled my subscription. I still say This app should be more user-friendly and not so hard to get to. Thank for the speedy request
it's too expensive
Why did it get so expensive? I’ve been a loyal user for years because it was super affordable before, but now I can’t afford the subscription anymore. It’s honestly disappointing. Please bring back the original, lower pricing so it’s accessible to everyone again—it would definitely attract more users!
Cancelled Subscription and suddenly my card is charged 4 months later?? What's going on! My card company flagged the charge as fraudulent! Terrible business!
