Aura App Fees & Pricing

I am disappointed in the content of the 2 plans I was going to cancel. but at this stage I will just stay here, but I do not think the app offers the protection it describes and is worth the money for the coverage u receive. I would not recommend this Security Service.

I would like to cancel. I can't afford 35 dollars on a monthly cancel my account

Purchased this App, costing $179.99 not knowing it was American. We cannot put in protection for our home address or licence, and now across 3 phones we can't send photos most of the time they are not received or sent, cannot view or load facebook and websites properly. Cannot speak to support online as they are not live now. Would like a refund and no idea how to do this. Would have liked more transparency that it does not function fully in Australia.

Update9/2/26: I don't know what they changed recently but I am having to verify myself every week or 2 even though I turn on the 30 day button. Cleared the cache and checked for updates,no change. And of course this started after my subscription renewed. This is probably going to be my last year. Still have issues where I have to copy the password because it's not automatically prompting for both the app and windows. It's a PITA to have to keep pulling up the PW vault.

I'm testing the free trial and I really just love everything about this. There's bugs here and there, and there's many improvements that should be made, like adding a dark mode and an ad blocker on Android since I only use Android. I might buy a year subscription and actually give my first great antivirus app a try since avast sucks and other alternatives are too expensive. And I was a victim of a sugar mommy scam in December. Can I call and get advice on how to avoid scams?

glitchy and Slow app...like molasses and expensive too!!!

Addressed identity issues from the 1st day of subscription! Over 168 data brokers removed or in the progress of being so. I had my previous security/anti-virus app over 2 yrs they'd only addressed 7 and were more expensive to boot. I am very pleased and confident now that things are secure with Aura!

sheer garbage. will make things way more complicated. I'm uninstalling and canceling my subscription
