I was able to understand every word they said. it wasn't out sourced overseas to barely speaking american. I already do tell everybody aura is the best. Brian W. was amazing getting me out of a disaster withing to happen.
So far, a really good product. I get timely alerts that are accurate and applicable. Monitoring was easy to set up.
Technician was unhelpful .What he was unable to do I did later . App constantly crashes and looses info.
I am disappointed in the content of the 2 plans I was going to cancel. but at this stage I will just stay here, but I do not think the app offers the protection it describes and is worth the money for the coverage u receive. I would not recommend this Security Service.

yeah, I gave an average rating of the app. I was having trouble with the password manager. I had trouble shoot for over an hour to get it to work. I had to disable Google password manager. I followed AI and finally was able to get the Aura extension to fill in my passwords. So things seem ok for now.
horrible trap to get out of the app controlling your phone is absurd
The app is useful, but sometimes when I try to log in, it fails to send a code. I wi then press resend, and still not get the code until hours later. Since I use Aura to monitor incoming calls, this can cause me to not be able to see voicemails for quite some time. Otherwise, the app is a great tool for me.
