I hate this app it doesn't work at all and I followed all the instructions and still hard.

not worth the money it doesn't even work

I wish I could give this zero stars. Our experience started off great and went down hill after 2 days of using the watch and app. The gps is constantly off base of where my kid is, which was the main point of getting a watch. Also the quality of the calls is always spotty. Day 2 of having her own watch and number my child was receiving spam messages from contacts other than her approved list. We will be using another company from now on.

If you need something to monitor your kids online should they even be online???

I HATE Bark thanks to yall im 15 and my parents put this on my phone for 4 yrs and this isnt fair who ever came up with this parental stuff u ruined everything I have yall and family link my mom blocks all my apps she wont even let me do socials and stuff yall sucks and I hate that yall do this to us this isnt fair I have to go to school ever day and ppl do whatever they want on their phone this is just ridiculous I cant stand yall I wish yall never created. this is was makes me sheltered.

faulty app that kids can manipulate. set time parameters often dont work.

overall Bark aupport is horrendous. the support staff all have a very thick accent that makes them difficult to understand. when you ask them to slow down and enunciate, they get ioenly frustrated. asked to speak to aomeone with a better grasp of the english language and was "transferred" but was actually hing up on by Duvan. not confidence building since I just went all on on purchasing the app and associated home box for our family. Dont know how they get such good ratings.

Hello guys I was wondering why RCS isn't a think yet. I'm so tired of the tiny blurry videos I receive and the crazy size limit. I'd like the details of the RCS situation. And when it auto light/dark the messages app doesn't automatically change between dark and light mode with the rest of the phone which is super annoying and clearly an easy fix so 🙏 🙏 🙏 fix it. And I'd also like to know the exact size limit and some strategies to get things to go through. on an official bark pro phone.

don't upgrade to the Samsung 8 watches. they don’t track or update on the map or the home screen of the Bark app at all for locations. they don’t send out alarts either. my children have been home for 3 days and still shows them visit their grandma house from the Saturday. because the app didn't update the location my son got lost in her neighborhood. we couldn't find his live ping on the map it took us 1 hour to locate him. thank alot for send out watches that don't update on the parents app.

Was ok in the beginning but has become a nightmare to deal with now. Ai doesn't do what it says it did. Can't allow permissions as a parent. Permissions will just dissappear randomly. Customer service is very time consuming. I should be able to change setting on her device directly in the settings with a device code rather than have it locked up by your system that does not work. And the worst of all is when you get 3 false alerts within a few hours of my daughter searching up something horrible

let me explain why bark is The. Worst. my mother gets flagged for me sending a songs on spotify that i never ever sent. it said there was an alert for sexual content and it sent screenshots of 'messages i sent' and while i had never seen these, it was saying it was from me. we decided it was a spotify issue and switched over to apple music. however, after we deleted spotify, she starts getting flagged for messages on other apps. dont use bark. its a total scam.
