There have been so many fake profiles. As a photographer I can tell that many are AI generated. This has been an awful experience. Can I have a refund???

like all-for-profit companies, they bring you profiles of people that have not logged in in a long time. their primary goal is to bring you enough people to sell their per message fee, and then no one ever replies. of course, you get the occasional. but I've spent a lot of money on buying likes, and it's truly gotten me nowhere. and not sounding too egotistical, my profile isn't really bad. decent-looking, good match with a good job

paid for subscription and as soon as i did the app opens and just pulses the logo..ive restarted my phone, made sure the app is up to date and nothing. no way to get in to contact support!

junk app. full of fake profiles and scams. no wonder stock price tanked.

huge waist of time. refuses to allow you to cancel then claims you're not eligible for refund.

Bumble Sucks! I purchased a subscription yet I didn't use their services. When I raised the concern to them and asked for a refund since they didn't deliver a satisfactory service, they banned my account. I checked my Subscription here in Google and it says it's cancelled, however, there was no refund happened. What a toxic and trashy scammers! DON'T USE BUMBLE!

here is my new review please don't try to be nice infront of millions when we all know the reality u claim to return money but I sent ss many times and no response so I'm not here going to abused u while u deserve it but still going to give you a chance to make things right so i bought new premium+ so when i will run out please recharge for next 3 month with any extra cost and we are equal or if not I'll put new reviews and that won't be good for ur app thanks and regards

Prices are now outrageous. No more desktop app.

Contributing to the loneliness epidemic with the potentual to find love at a cost, horrible app, doesn't even load half the time.

The worst app ever. Only had 2 likes which forced me to subscribe to see who and it was people who did not have any similar interests and beliefs as me. After that, nothing. If I could rate 0, I would. Horrible experience and would like the app to be removed from the app store.

paid for 3 months and got little to no matches . worked with support to fix my filters yet nothing changed. soon as my subscription expired there were 30+ pending matches I couldn't access unless I paid/renewed. clearly theyre hiding profiles and matches to keep you paying .

they charge you even when you cancel..they ate a bunch of thieves a day you should avoid bumble at all costs
