There have been so many fake profiles. As a photographer I can tell that many are AI generated. This has been an awful experience. Can I have a refund???
like all-for-profit companies, they bring you profiles of people that have not logged in in a long time. their primary goal is to bring you enough people to sell their per message fee, and then no one ever replies. of course, you get the occasional. but I've spent a lot of money on buying likes, and it's truly gotten me nowhere. and not sounding too egotistical, my profile isn't really bad. decent-looking, good match with a good job
paid for subscription and as soon as i did the app opens and just pulses the logo..ive restarted my phone, made sure the app is up to date and nothing. no way to get in to contact support!
Was getting multiple matches a day then I canceled it received no more matches after I canceled my subscription .Would not recommend go to Hinge much better.
This has happened three times now…I won’t be purchasing another subscription such a joke!

huge waist of time. refuses to allow you to cancel then claims you're not eligible for refund.
The app is ridiculed with three day free trial and then when you click it, it immediately charges your Apple account for the entire month. How is that a free trial and then when you delete and cancel the subscription it's still charges your Apple account and then it forces you to re-sign in and create another account so that you can contact that is total garbage and deception
Bumble Sucks! I purchased a subscription yet I didn't use their services. When I raised the concern to them and asked for a refund since they didn't deliver a satisfactory service, they banned my account. I checked my Subscription here in Google and it says it's cancelled, however, there was no refund happened. What a toxic and trashy scammers! DON'T USE BUMBLE!
Do not do business with scam of a company! Even when you cancel the app and delete it they still charge you. Use any other platform! These are thieves!
