After sending money to a user on Cash App who turned out to be a scammer, and going through months of disputing the charge and appealing with all info like screenshot, receipt they didn't help at all or even block user who scammed me. They instead insulted my intelligence. PSA- DONT USE TO SEND MONEY UNLESS YOU KNOW THE PERSON. I bought on Facebook and it was scam didn't know Cash App didn't provide any help afterwards. App is for sending money but issue and they leave you hanging.
cash app is a great digital banking app that allows overdraft with no fees. Early paydays and with enough deposits you can gain borrowing power with little interest for those times when your paychecks aren't enough to get by. Pay anyone with cash app for free and they also added kids and teens features to teach your children financial literacy with their own debit card, you can set up allows and transfer funds to your kids all in the app.
12+ hours with no support, no money, no way to get myself food or gas.... The completly absent Customer support has me rethinking using cash app as my main bank.... Mind you I'm negative on my account because of a mess up on Cash Apps end where they double charged a couple transactions.... On top of this I am getting charged withdrawal fees from the ATM regardless of regularly meeting requirements for reimbursement on ATM fees and when I go to get help I get a bot that sends me through hoops
If you like paying fees, this is the app for you! It's unclear how to avoid paying the instant transfer fee, which I don't need. The interface is just horrible. Go with Venmo, Zelle or PayPal instead.
Horrible, no tech support, you can only get assistance through messages, I had a problem with a payment to the wrong contact and they told me they couldn't cancel the transaction, so I lost that money because they can't solve it, or don't have interest in solving, so be careful with this app!!!you are wrong if you lose your money, in my case $150
Don't use this to trade Bitcoin. They bend you over and ream you out in fees.
