After sending money to a user on Cash App who turned out to be a scammer, and going through months of disputing the charge and appealing with all info like screenshot, receipt they didn't help at all or even block user who scammed me. They instead insulted my intelligence. PSA- DONT USE TO SEND MONEY UNLESS YOU KNOW THE PERSON. I bought on Facebook and it was scam didn't know Cash App didn't provide any help afterwards. App is for sending money but issue and they leave you hanging.
horrible service after almost 2 weeks of waiting on a card so I could deposit my checks and start using cashapp they decided to close my account for fraudulent activity customer service never gave me a detailed explanation as to why my account was closed after asking MULTIPLE TIMES! AND THEN TOLD ME I MAY NOT BE SATISFIED WITH THEIR FINAL DECISION AND NEVER EVEN TOLD ME WHAT THE DECISION WAS! I'm taking my business to revolut or any other bank for that matter
Easy to get scam and fraud, and cashapp won't protect you because you are the one who authorize it.
If somebody you don't know I'm person asks you to use this app to pay, it's 99% a scam. Don't do it, and if you do, the support team won't do anything to help you or local authorities in catching scam artists. Decent UI besides that.
Stay away from this app... you can find many people ready to let you experience any kind of fraud! E when you tell Cash App someone asked you about money on behalf of them, they do not reply to you as a customer service. So I assume there is no customer service at all. Run away and use PayPal which is really serious. I hope I helped you.
