Can't get help. I paid once. Downloaded the app as instructed. Now you want more money! What kind of scam is this?
took survey, paid the fee, created account/login, downloaded the app, now app wont let me login and won't send login reset link. no info for customer support. is this just a scam?
I have tried to cancel this membership, and they will not return emails as well as not cancel. SCAM!!!!!!!!!
this is a SCAM! don't download this. this company charges you 83€ (almost 90$) for a subscription that you were never offered! You start buying the app, which means that this is already a paid service, the app itself is pretty random , basically a reminder for you to remember that you should walk and move yourself. 100$ for this? give me my money back. Spanish: Este app es una ESTAFA! te venden la app por 9 € y después de un mes sin que nadie te haya preguntado te cobran 82,95€!! ESTAFA.
It's a scam! Once you've payed they Sent you back to the login page. I payed twice and still have no login of what so ever....
payment, cancellation etc is made so that you either give up, hard to figure out what you say yes to etc. as no where on app to find where to cancel trial etc. This is in area of scam and actually in the EU illegal by law. I will and can not recommend. If you had same exsperience do contact me, as this is for legal action in EU
