not happy at all i did the trial never got to use the app as i do not have the time and then they automatically renew your subscription without asking or reminding you that it is coming up and for a month it cost more than the actual gym. My money better get refunded.

I downloaded the app and paid for a inexpensive free trial. I did not like the app, and uninstallef it right away. I was recently charged $89 for a renewal fee. I disputed this with the company and explained the reasons, dissatisfaction with the product and removing the app. They refunded half of MY money. Highly do not recommend this product or the company. User beware

update: they have added new workouts. I love the workouts, but I wish you would add more once in a while. I have done them all a bunch of times. I am planning on canceling my subscription when it is up if no more workouts are added before then.

Pricing not clear ! I thought i pay 25 but i get withdrawn 64! Don t understand what is in the plan and what is not. I feel robbed

Data from smart watch is not transferring even though connection is made, works 30% of time so whats the point to pay 30+€ if needs manual input every day; and one can't enter data from the day(s) before. Workouts are nice but the whole process for tracking activities and process is useless because of it. Okay for trial month (15€) but usual subscription is too expensive (and useless) with these errors.

took survey, paid the fee, created account/login, downloaded the app, now app wont let me login and won't send login reset link. no info for customer support. is this just a scam?

Says free download with no subscription. Lie! You can't use the app until you have a paid subscription. Very misleading!

I think this app is charging me through a subscription it won't let me cancel. please cancel or send email i dont want to completely uninstall until I know wont be charged

Be sure to read the fine print thoroughly, if you don't then in 3 months you will recieve nearly a $90 autorenewal. The renewal is non-refundable. As far as the app itself, I was unable to use it shortly after I purchased a trial period. So, I am unable to say anything about the quality of the app itself.

renewed my subscription without confirmation. the email attached is no longer in use. I have been unwell and not up-to-date on tracking apps that I'm unable to use. just noticed a deduction of $127 which I can't afford with being off work. cannot get a refund, just cancel subscription

I hate this. Talk about Bait and Switch I paid for Tai Chi walking, now you'retrying to chargeme again, and i can'teven access this stupid app. Cancel my subscription, refund my money and try making an app that actually works!

When purchasing your subscription for this app, please be aware of hidden charges. I went from a £9.99 a month plan to a second plan added at £39.99 so I cancelled both and got a full refund.
