This company purposely makes it difficult to cancel any subscription or recurring fees and does not offer refunds. Their goal is to make it as easy as possible to charge you again and again. NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

This App is completely misleading. When you sing up they force you to also subscribe to a thing called GeniusAI there is no way to skip this screen and they say it’s a 2 month free trial and then once you have access to your account you find out that the 2 months was actually a discounted rate of 19.99 a month for the first 2 months and then it goes to 39.99 a month because you didn’t select the “free version” which there is no skip button or free version button. Also when I tried to link my debt card to have access to the other features on the app it kept telling me my Capital One Debt card was not a supported debt card and then locked me out for up to 3-5 days for trying to link an invalid debt card. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME I HAVE FOUND THAT POSSIBLE IS THE BEST BANKING/LOAN APP

Absolutely insane I set the app up and they immediately charge my account with zero indication I signed up for a subscription. Insane. Deleted my account. Don’t waste your time. Bunch of scammers.

Once they get access to your bank account, you will never ever get them out until you close the account and that is to say you will never get them out. You must close the account so if that account is important to you and you’re concerned about not being able to open it again, don’t do it. If you’re not on a rampage of self hatred, self-destruction do not download and install this app. If you care about the people who depend on you to take care of them financially, do not download this app. Once they get access to your account, you will never ever get rid of them until you close the account. They are in one of my bank accounts going on four years now and no matter how hard I try, no matter how often I attempt to disconnect them and cancel My only option is to close this bank account which I cannot do due to other people who use it. Don’t do it run away! Run!

Albert Keeps track of your bank account balance but it’s not accurate. My bank account was negative and Albert still proceeded to withdraw money into its auto savings account it offers on the app where it periodically withdraws amounts. Well it took $10 from me twice when my bank account balance was negative and resulted in 2 $35 overdraft fees from my bank. And then when I wanted to cancel it was extremely difficult and long process to finally cancel my Albert subscription and close my account.

I love this app it’s beneficial to help me with cost from week to week.

I just want to cancel and close this account and they make impossible! I don’t want it anymore.

They make you go through multiple steps to cancel your genius subscription. And then they say you can’t cancel, because your bank account isn’t verified, when it already has been multiple times. Just to take $20 dollars from your bank account every month, that I thought wasn’t verified??? Yeah, makes sense. 😂

The app makes it intentionally difficult to cancel the membership, doesn't do nearly half of what it promises, and robs you blind. As for the reply from the support specialist—directing users to email support just to cancel is classic Roach Motel design. If you can subscribe in one tap, you should be able to cancel in one tap. This is far too little, too late. This application should be reported to the FTC for deception practices.

I have been trying to cancel this it's very hard to do since I have a different phone number. I've been charged twice for albert.
