The app makes it intentionally difficult to cancel the membership, doesn't do nearly half of what it promises, and robs you blind. As for the reply from the support specialist—directing users to email support just to cancel is classic Roach Motel design. If you can subscribe in one tap, you should be able to cancel in one tap. This is far too little, too late. This application should be reported to the FTC for deception practices.
I have been trying to cancel this it's very hard to do since I have a different phone number. I've been charged twice for albert.
Have a "genius" fee which is a nightmare to try and cancel through their system as its not through the play store subscriptions.
BEWARE! YOU WILL BE CHARGED OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND THEY DO NOT MAKE IT EASY TO CANCEL THERE SERVICES
if I could give them negative stars I would. they keep changing you your subscription fee and make it impossible to cancel or deactivate your account. no real people just automated robot. this is a Total SCAM. do not sign up, they will force you account into negative and refuse to let you cancel. they will put you in debt.- $2.86 when I never even used the app ever
what a joke, you idiots cant even send a stupid phone verification to get verified. stay away from these crooks. all these reviews about them being crooks and taking multiple fees out for their own pockets is absolutely correct, and that they will never cancel your membership. AND TO U WHOEVER RESPONDS TO THIS WHICH SEEMS TO BE ONLY ONE PERSON NAME EMILY. DONT BOTHER, EVERYONE WILL KNOW HOW MUCH OF CROOKS AND FRAUDS YALL ARE.
as others have described, very shady company. haven't used the app in almost a year. got a notification that my account needed to be re-linked. went to update my information thinking maybe I'd see what the app was like, not realizing they were planning on charging me before I had a chance to review. contacted for a refund but they said no, they claim that I had a subscription from almost a year ago. that they decided to continue in 2026.planning on spending way too much time to fight this charge
BEWARE: This company will change your subscription price without warning. They will also withdraw money from your account and place it in your savings account at random (a feature you cant turn off if you have an advance balance) and will hold that money for up to 10 days in some cases. also, you cant deactivate your subscription unless this service is turned off which obviously cant be done if you have taken out an advance. They will hold you financially hostage.
Total rip off😡I asked for a refund for deactivated account. Stay away from them. You can't talk to a human. Do your homework😡😡😡
EDIT: I CANNOT EVEN ACCESS MY ACCOUNT OR CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHOUT SIGNING UP FOR A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. GARBAGE!!Pushes for paid subscriptions and will snag every single dollar out of your account. incredibly scammy company, terrible customer service and extremely predatory. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
