I did one or 2 advances repaid the balance s there system doesn't detect it and keeps pulling more and more saying payment not made and recharging accounts. Human support is trash as AI to them is always correct and never makes mistakes. and if you do get a human they just talk to genuis and dont think anything of it. if you ask me its a SCAM. only when I message the support number about reporting to the BBB do I get a human support agent and not the stupid Genuis AI system.
if I could give them negative stars I would. they keep changing you your subscription fee and make it impossible to cancel or deactivate your account. no real people just automated robot. this is a Total SCAM. do not sign up, they will force you account into negative and refuse to let you cancel. they will put you in debt.- $2.86 when I never even used the app ever

Absolute scam of a company. They force you to sign up for a membership and then make it incredibly difficult to close. They essentially stole $40 from me. Beware.
