Headway App Fees & Pricing

The app is a fraud, Their service is offered as free and before i could realise they charged me different amount for 3 different months. on 2nd Sep 26 they charged me double the amount they charged previous 2 months and then again tried to charge me on 3rd sep, that is when my bank flagged it as a fraudulent transaction and blocked my card, and I realised the scam the app was running

see, I actually subscribed for the premium by accident and have not used it since the sub cos I filed for a refund. however, during the free-trial, my experience with it was good. the catalog, the interface, the structure, everything about it was good. when I am able to pay a premium again, I would. the app without premium is good but the best of it I am sure would be with premium. the support team is also helpful which I think should be indicative of an educational system.

BEWARE! SCAM ALERT! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! WHY IS THIS APP EVEN ALLOWED HERE. SHOULD BE BANNED FOR SCAMMING AND RIPPING OFF MONEY OUT OF SUBSCRIBERS ACCOUNTS.

I never agreed to take out a subscription, yet I was subsequently charged without my consent. By the time I noticed several charges on my credit card, I was unable to obtain a refund. Headway mostly gives the illusion of learning: the summaries are far too superficial and strip away all nuance. The app prioritizes quick consumption over genuine, lasting understanding. Its added value is limited compared with the many free resources available, which are often far more insightful !

****edit to say**** I got the refund afterall after fighting for it***** I highly suggest to Headway to have a reminder system****Your auto-renewal policy feels predatory and takes advantage of customers who simply forgot to cancel. Had I used the service after the renewal date, I would gladly accept the charge. Instead, refusing to accommodate an accidental, unused renewal reflects a severe lack of customer care. This level of service is unacceptable, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I signed up and hated the premise so canceled immediately. I was still charged 2 further months subscription. When i pointed this out i was told a refund is against their policy

Was supposed to be charged $19.98 USD every 3 month, instead they are charging me $39.99 MONTHLY without reason! SCAM

seems like it "could" be a good app. there's a 7 day free trail, but they don't let you have the free trail unless you give them credit card info. my suggestions is if the app really is as good as it claims, let people try the app without the financial commitment and then once the free trail is over lock the access. I've tried other apps that let you actually try the app, then make you sign up for the subscription after the 7 days is up.

Be careful. I cancelled the subscription over a year ago however they reactivated and continued to charge the subscription fee every 3 months until I noticed the transaction. They refused to refund it despite not using it for a year.

predatory billing practices, mediocre app, and terrible support. Honestly don't bother downloading!

They make it nearly impossible to cancel and the process seems intentionally misleading.

This app is a trap! Set your calendar to unsubscribe otherwise you will be charge double the price of the initial plan😡😡😡
