The app is a fraud, Their service is offered as free and before i could realise they charged me different amount for 3 different months. on 2nd Sep 26 they charged me double the amount they charged previous 2 months and then again tried to charge me on 3rd sep, that is when my bank flagged it as a fraudulent transaction and blocked my card, and I realised the scam the app was running
BEWARE! SCAM ALERT! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! WHY IS THIS APP EVEN ALLOWED HERE. SHOULD BE BANNED FOR SCAMMING AND RIPPING OFF MONEY OUT OF SUBSCRIBERS ACCOUNTS.
Was supposed to be charged $19.98 USD every 3 month, instead they are charging me $39.99 MONTHLY without reason! SCAM
The app is alright, and I like the concept. I just did not use it enough for it to be worth the cost. Then canceling was very hard and I had to cancel multiple services not just one, so I paid for longer even though I tried to cancel. Felt a bit like a scam at that point to be honest. Support did not help at all.
Absoluter Scam! Man bucht ein 3 Monats-Angebot und es wird einem automatisch ein Abo für 30€ im Monat für diese KI erstellten Infografiken untergeschoben. Bei Beschwerde, wird einem gesagt, man solle die AGB lesen. Dieses Geschäftsgebaren ist in der EU nicht zulässig und ich werde das Geld über meine Kreditkarte zurückfordern! Absolute Frechheit! Die Inhalte sind ebenso dürftig und teils zusammenhangslos. Ich kann diese überteuerte App gar nicht empfehlen! Blinkist eignet sich deutlich besser!
I did the paid trial, and cancelled the subscription in time because it was not what I was expecting. I just got charged again this month : 32€ for one month. I checked on the app: it still said active subscription on the web version, so I cancelled AGAIN. It gave me the option to get the subscription for 15€ for one YEAR. Just so you know if you want to get the app don’t overpay. Finally, I said no again because I really don’t use it or trust them and cancelled. After clicking this, I checked again.. the page still says my subscription is active. Think again before subscribing I wish I knew this before having 50€ paid for AI generated summaries.
