This company is a fraud! Charged me $297 for nothing in July! Don’t sign up for their med services!!!

Total scam

After my initial week trial I canceled, I was then offered an additional trial. I accepted and then tried to downgrade before the week was over. Upon doing so, it showed “no subscriptions” and there was no upgrade to cancel. Two days later I was charged $119.99 and I am still dealing with getting this fraudulent charge reversed. The idea of the app is great and I love the free version, but don’t even take the trial unless you are prepared to get stuck with a massive unauthorized charge and no solution

do not use this app. It is a scam. I heard they would charge people even though they cancelled before the 7 days and that very thing happened to me. I verified cancelled well before the 7 day free trial was up and the company is still trying to dispute my dispute. Low ethic business with little to no real value in helping people control their drinking. Stay far away.

typical scam app, intentionally beginning with a very long questionnaire to draw you in and create sunk cost before eventually revealing expensive subscription requirement. strongly suggest you avoid

I poured my heart out during the intake questions. Just to be met with, “We are sorry you feel this way. How can we help?” Or something like that. I was hoping for something that would actually look at my answers and think about them. Not a bot. But nope. BOT. This makes me legit angry, because it’s taking advantage of a vulnerable population. ETA - I tried again. No better. Still AI driven, from what I can see. I am in therapy and have support. This does NOT go more than three questions deep. And it absolutely should. I am sure it’s good for some. But my brain needs more options. Sorry, not sorry.
