terrible how do I unsubscribe???!!!!! I did free trial I wanna cancel before charged
I joined 37 days ago. Yes there is s $fee for getting all the benefits. In my experience the benefit of this app is more than worth the cost. There are many qualified coaches on board who are real and relatable. It is absolutely not AI. There are live meetings on many topics with real live participants. There are groups you can connect with. There is so much love and support here. I highly recommend this app for you if you are questioning your relationship with alcohol. Go get it now!
It really works. Therapist Maria Theelke it's very talented. She gets to the core issues in a matter of minutes.
This didn't work for me at all. I didn't really get how reading a few passages and then writing your thoughts into what seems like a complete void was supposed to help me. I tried it for about 70 days and it just didn't help me. I joined a few therapy sessions but those seemed dominated by the people with really heavy use issues. I'm not sure what I was expecting. It seems to help other people, just didnt do anything for me.

Supportive, caring, people. An amazing approach to sobriety and controlled drinking. I am definitely glad I joined. The price is minimal next to the $1 per meeting required at other groups.
sent me 31 emails in just over a week after going through the process to get to a pay wall. Scammy as heck do not use it. Plenty of free apps that don't take advantage of people's addictions.
unuseable. theres an unskippable add for the app you already downloaded. i can only assume theres a paid service withing the free app.
The best part about this app are multiple live meetings every day with lots of people participating. And if you are not ready to share, you don't have to. You can have your camera and mic off and just listen to others and their real life experiences, struggles and stories. Amazing app. The only reason for 4 stars is inability to go dark mode. It is very hard to focus on reading at night with the white background on and this is something that I've been pointing out to them for over a year.
