terrible how do I unsubscribe???!!!!! I did free trial I wanna cancel before charged

I joined 37 days ago. Yes there is s $fee for getting all the benefits. In my experience the benefit of this app is more than worth the cost. There are many qualified coaches on board who are real and relatable. It is absolutely not AI. There are live meetings on many topics with real live participants. There are groups you can connect with. There is so much love and support here. I highly recommend this app for you if you are questioning your relationship with alcohol. Go get it now!

Supportive, caring, people. An amazing approach to sobriety and controlled drinking. I am definitely glad I joined. The price is minimal next to the $1 per meeting required at other groups.

I found that I am not interested in how so many features are either hidden behind ReCoins or asking for more funds on top of the already discounted 79.99/year subscription. The subscription price itself is quite high, and to ask for more money or block certain classes because we don't have enough ReCoins seems like you're preying on an already vulnerable/unstable population. The app itself is also incredibly glitchy on my Android to boot.

sneaky renewal of subscription. no easy way to cancel. I thought I cancelled, but turns out I only cancelled on the app, not the website. That is totally unacceptable. So I thought it was cancelled, and then when I got charged, I emailed them immediately, got an email back saying no worries, will refund but nothing happened. several follow up emails later, no response. I have disputed the transaction with my bank. DO NOT RECOMMEND this app or website or whatever it is saying it is.

Got through the whole questionnaire just to be hit with the subscribe $$$ at the end... that's beer money 😂 in all seriousness though a free version upfront would've been cool.

do not use this app. It is a scam. I heard they would charge people even though they cancelled before the 7 days and that very thing happened to me. I verified cancelled well before the 7 day free trial was up and the company is still trying to dispute my dispute. Low ethic business with little to no real value in helping people control their drinking. Stay far away.
