terrible how do I unsubscribe???!!!!! I did free trial I wanna cancel before charged

I joined 37 days ago. Yes there is s $fee for getting all the benefits. In my experience the benefit of this app is more than worth the cost. There are many qualified coaches on board who are real and relatable. It is absolutely not AI. There are live meetings on many topics with real live participants. There are groups you can connect with. There is so much love and support here. I highly recommend this app for you if you are questioning your relationship with alcohol. Go get it now!

Attempted multiple times to contact regarding access code (email and in app customer support) and zero response in several days. Payment for subscription went thru quickly…so the billing department is on top of their game at least. Update - customer support reached out shortly after review (maybe a coincidence, maybe not). Regardless, issue was addressed quickly after contact and so far I am enjoying the app.

I signed up for a prescription from Reframe. The medication ended up making me very sick and I’ve decided not to continue, but they automatically build my card again and even though I’ve never received the product they say that they have a zero refund policy. While their website does not say that they said that their website is wrong and it’s contained within the that you sign up for.

I was looking at using this app and was charged $99 even though I followed all of the billing guidelines I cancelled this but was charged anyway 😡

Haven’t even used the app for more than a day, and got ZERO notifications I was being charged.

TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEY CHARGED ME THE YEARLY PRICE WITHOUT SIGNING UP.

The app offers so many tools, is user friendly, and offers many Zoom meetings which gives a sense of community. It’s a great value for the price.

The 7 day trial didn’t impress me. The notifications and alerts that I setup never even worked and the steps in FAQ to cancel don’t work- they aren’t even there. I’ve messaged them 3 times in past 3 days to cancel (which support says they’d be glad to do) with no response.

If I could give this app zero stars, I would. I had this app downloaded for one day, didn’t like it, didn’t sign up for a subscription, yet they charged me $120. I never used the app other than one day to explore it. I asked for a refund. Customer service was awful. they wouldn’t refund me, and then they sent me an offer for AI coaching to say sorry??? No thank you. I’d rather drink again than use this app for sobriety goodbye

I downloaded this app awhile back just to see what it was about, although I’m sober and don’t drink anymore.. I then deleted it within 5 minutes. At 2-3am today; my debit card was charged for $99.99 from the app. I did NOT subscribe to any subscription, and I would know if I signed up for one that cost $99.99. What’s weird too is it was charged through Apple Pay, and I don’t see any transaction history from the app through the app story.. sketchy… Take this how you will.

Supportive, caring, people. An amazing approach to sobriety and controlled drinking. I am definitely glad I joined. The price is minimal next to the $1 per meeting required at other groups.
